About Return, Change, Cancellation

We don’t accept returns, change and cancellation after items are shipped. Defective items can be replaced by the same item. If you want to cancel your order, we charge a 20% fee of the selling price and sales tax. Regarding “Pre-order Sales”, refer to “Pre-order Terms”. Since shopping online is made by your own decision, it will not be considered in any of the “Cooling Off” rules. Please understand and proceed on your responsibility before placing an order.

Return Period

Please contact us within 5 days after you receive an item.

Returning Fee

Defective items will be returned to us on our cost. For anything else, customers are expected to pay for the returning fee.
